Barentsz Clover Club

Ingredients

  • 50ml Willem Barentsz Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Plum and Pear Syrup
  • 4 Raspberries
  • ½ Red Plum
  • 20ml Egg White

How to Make

Garnish: Plum Cut, Raspberries
Glassware: Rocks or Coupette
Method: Shake all liquid ingredients without ice, to allow egg white to foam. Add ice and remaining ingredients, repeat, then strain into glassware. Add the garnish.
