Jasmine Fizz

Ingredients

  • 50ml Willem Barentsz Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Jasmine Flower Syrup
  • 15ml Egg White
  • Soda Top Up
  • 1-2 Pomelo/Grapefruit Segments

How to Make

Garnish: Jasmine Flowers, Citrus Peel
Glassware: Highball
Method: Muddle the pomelo or grapefruit segments with the gin and lemon juice. Shake this mixture with the rest of the ingredients, bar the soda water. Strain into glassware, over ice and top up with the soda. Add the garnish.
