Ingredients

  • 40ml Willem Barentsz Gin
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Gomme Syrup
  • Sparkling Wine

How to Make

Garnish: Lemon Peel
Glassware: Champagne Flute
Method: Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into an empty glass. Top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
