The Bloody Barentsz

Ingredients

  • 40ml Willem Barentsz Gin
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 160ml Tomato Juice
  • 25-30ml Spicy Mix:
      - 700ml Worcestershire Sauce
      - 2 Small Bottles Green Tabasco
      - 1 Red Chilli
      - 160ml Fino Sherry
      - 15 Basil Leaves
      - 2 Bar Spoons English Mustard
      - 30g Grated Horseradish
      - Salt and Black Pepper

How to Make

Garnish: Pickled Onion, Celery Ribbon, Lemon Wedge, Mint Sprig (optional), Sliced Red Chili, Salt Flakes, Cracked Pepper
Glassware: Highball
Method: Chill all ingredients in a mixing glass then pour into glassware over ice. Add the garnish.

Spicy Mix

Method: Blend ingredients until smooth. Strain then bottle it.
